The choice made by Naturalmente to focus exclusively on organic agriculture goes beyond the strict observance of the rules: for us organic is first and foremost a philosophy of work and life.
Our Quality
Organic farming means offering products free of chemical residues and distinguished by high quality and excellent nutritional characteristics, and much more. Organic farming is also expressed through attention to cultivated land and the entire ecosystem. This is why no chemical fertilisers are used on the Naturalmente property, opting instead to employ only organic fertilisers, using farming techniques that echo and improve on traditional ones. Pruning, tying the branches and harvesting are all done by hand, as is the pruning and harvesting of hazelnuts and goji berries.
We try to have the smallest possible impact on the ecosystem: mechanical interventions are reduced to a bare minimum to achieve the dual positive benefit of minimising energy consumption and respecting the integrity of the soil.
Our tight focus on quality and the soft approach with the land means avoiding any chemical treatments and making small but important decisions, like banning the use of plastic for training branches, instead using paper ties that are completely biodegradable.
Harvesting is done entirely by hand, precisely and by detaching one berry at a time, being careful to preserve its integrity.
